More than 20 representatives from Liuzhou City and Barcelona discussed today the implementation of a preliminary action plan to develop comparable urban experiences related to the values of the Sustainable Development Goals and linked to 2030 Agenda, especially focusing on 3 main topics: smart mobility, water management, and Energy efficiency / renewable energy production. Experts included local authorities, property developers, architects and urban planning researchers. They agreed on a half-year timeline to deliver a preliminary study on the development of a community center in Liuzhou.
